Icefries

Icesculpture melted during the Exhibition of "Beyond the Glass Mountain" at HCC. It can be said that as we leave our childhood behind we loose our illusions one by one. We have to be firmer and firmer and somehow we are expected to grow our very own armour. My installation demonstrates the reverse of this process. Since the ice can be interpreted as an other dimension of water, the slowly melting ice refers to a parallel universe in which we are 'growing' backwards.

Lace Tiles

Lace pattern used on this unusual surface, white tiles. The colour change from silver blue to glossy silver. Most recently I have been transplanted the texture of my subjects to different materials.

Shells and Stones

Experiments with shells and stones on my friends bodies in Eastbourne. I should have taken pictures after taking off the stones because we all got tanned quickly and the shell-stone pattern remained on our skin :). It is important to appreciate the nature with all the pleasure.
